Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must include all original tags and packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email support@the12thplayer.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return label within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange. Just specify the replacement item when you contact us — we'll ship it as soon as your return is received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and final-sale items marked as such on the product page are not eligible for return.
